DISTRIBUTION EXECUTOR
The district court appoints a distribution executor if there is a disagreement about the division of assets of an estate.
The distribution executor must primarily try to conciliate the partners and reach a voluntary agreement. If this is not possible, the executor carries out a compulsory division, which means that the executor decides how the estate is to be divided.
If there is already an appointed estate administrator or an executor, who is not a party to the estate, they are usually also the executor.
